Queenie does that too! And if someone gets in her way who doesn't understand how important it is to walk the line, she gives them the LOOK: hello, stupid adult who has no time to understand how important this is, could you get OUT OF MY WAY?

Great picture – love me some selective colouring :)
And rock on Kai – scary how grown up he looks toddling down the line!

Love the way you have edited that hunni! Lovely! Its hard isnt it when they suddenly decide the pushchair is no more. I found it really difficult.

I love it, FInlay (mini) was like this infact he didnt “do” pushchairs at all once he could walk which was sometimes a pain.

Both the boys are currently into hopscotch!

Beautiful photo. Clever Preschooler does the same thing. Once, in Birmingham, he was on a line and a little girl came walking towards us on the same line. He stopped and said 'Chuff, chuff, I'm a blue tank engine.' The little girl looked at him like he was crazy and walked around he and he just continued on his way. I only find it hard to handle when the line he's following turns and starts to go in the wrong direction – which has lead to many a meltdown!

This photo reminds me of a French film from the 1950s – The Red Balloon – I'm sure it was mainly black and white with a little boy following the balloon which was the only thing in red (may have to check that, it's been ages since I've seen it, I could be talking rubbish!)

That is a fabulous photo. Really lovely. Like Trish says, I'm sure there is a video somewhere like that. She classily has gone for a 1950s French movie because she is a woman of style. I'm stuck in the early 80s and thinking of that German song 99 Red Balloons (or something like that).

You do take the most wonderful pictures. You have a real talent. x

Brit – I remember 99 red balloons by Nena! Must have a look at my Ballon Rouge filmy thing and see if I'm talking tripe or not!

Funny I took virtually a similar picture today of my toddler but in a forest. So sweet, mine kept looking behind checking I was still following.
Really like how you've taken out all the colour except for Kai….I never seem to have the time to read how to do that. Is it hard?

Schindler's List came to my mind – the shot with the little girl in the red coat?
Very clever, I love it and LOVE Kai. He must keep you on your toes though!
    Never a dull moment eh?

That is so so lovely. I love the way you have him framed in that looooooong pic, like the line he is walking. Such a sweetie. It would look really cool blown up on a wall somewhere. :D

Lovely photo! The Bear has also decided that pushchairs are for LOOOOSERS *does L shape on head* and goes as stiff as a board as soon as I try and wrestle him into it.

Love the picture. One of my favourite types of photo – where the subject is picked out in colour.

Great Pic, well if he walks at a decent speed I'd be thankful! I've only just got mine out of a pushchair and he's four and a half! It was like taking a snail for a walk otherwise. But all of a sudden he's bombing around on a scooter! Yippee. Bit nail biting though, but not complaining. Stride on! x
