Hi Josie, love this post, please can I include it in this year’s edition of ‘mummomag’, an online magazine entirely by mums for mums? You can see last year’s edition at http://www.mummomag.co.uk. Brilliant, love the poem – very clever. As for the day off, I wish.. the odd, very rare, day off from work when I was too ill to work, yet well enough to read is one of the things I miss most about being a working mum
