mother theresa said something like, “i am one person who cannot do everything, but i am one person who can do something, so i will continue to do something to help others every day of my life.”
thank you for inspiring so many with your beautiful poem and for using your gifts to do something you say is small but will surely build with all the other little somethings that we share together.

Beautiful poem, made me cry! I can not look at the pictures either. I saw one and it was just too emotional for me and it was of a little boy being reunited with his mother. Perhaps it is because I am a relatively new mummy and I simply can’t cope with it all.

I am so happy we are all doing what we can to help x

I hope you don’t mind but i’ve used this poem as a stimulus for my year 7′s to write their own poem about the disastor. I found it when searching for the girl in the pink ribbons. It has moved and inspired them, thank you.
