What a lovely post, and I'm so sorry for you. We had two dogs when I was growing up, one after the other, and although one died 26 years ago and the other died 15 years ago, we still talk about them all the time. Yet again you have me in tears at work! We’ve lost 2 dogs in the last 18 months and don’t expect Sunny to be with us much longer. Unless you’ve had pets you can’t understand the sense of desolation when you lose them. It is like losing a member of your family. I’m so sorry hun. xxx

Oh Josie, I’m so sorry. You made me cry, that was so beautifully written. Beth sounds like a lovely cat. We lost our old boy in July. It sucks.
Congratulations on all the good stuff though. It’s lovely to hear you so excited about writing. I’d love to read your story x
